Dean has been playing in clubs since early 2000 after studying at Londons famous 'Drumtech' academy under the legendary drummer, Bosco Deliviero.

His big break came whilst playing at a party alongside Dean Usher at the Bridge nightclub in his home town of Oxford. Fortunately for Dean, an Events manager heard him that night and instantly recognized that he had a natural talent. He was then booked to play at numerous parties and private celebrity events at venues such as Elysium, Kensington Roof Gardens, Embassy, No 5 Cavendish Sq, NYT, Penthouse and Camouflage. He has also worked for Promotions such as Carwash, Moneypennys, Posh Parties, Stardust and Motherfunkers.

Dean is also in a 7 piece funk band who have recently been signed up and are playing at select venues all over London.

He is constantly looking for ways to better himself and is currently hooking up with Sola Akingbola from Jamiroquai on a regular basis to learn new techniques.

Dean is all about contemporary rhythms & grooves and is extremely passionate about Dance music. He can keep a crowd going late into the night and has been quoted in the press as being one of the hottest percussionists on the scene at the moment!
